Description:
The house is located on the sunny East side of lake Annecy. It is a well designed, open plan living accommodation, with large windows and sliding doors opening out onto the terrace and pool area. All bedrooms have ensuite and 2 of the bedrooms have TV DVD/video. There is a small collection of DVDs and videos available for use. The house is a short bike ride to the lake, cycle path and nature reserve (10 minutes) and so is supebly located for an activity filled family holiday... if that is your choice. Otherwise peace and quiet by the pool can also be easily achieved!

The house is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Verthier village. It is about 200m up a driveway off the main road (Route de Talloires).
