Prices:
All prices on our website are maintained by the owners / property agents. Prices change throughout the year, depending on the week or season.

High Season: July / August, Easter, Christmas and bank holidays
Low season: November - February*

*With the exception of holiday homes in or near ski resorts where lake Annecy holiday homes will attract above high season prices during the winter months.

Making a Booking:
All bookings are made directly with the owner / agent on the owner's / agent's terms & conditions. You can find contact details on the bottom of each property detail listing.

Arriving and Departing:
Most weekly bookings run from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am, unless the lake Annecy property details indicate otherwise. When you have paid for you holiday home in full, you will normally be sent directions and instructions and where to collect your keys on arrival. It's best to advise the owner or caretaker of your estimated arrival time, which should normally be after 4pm. On your day of departure, you normally have to leave your holiday home by 10.00am so that it can be cleaned for the next arrivals.

Before Arrival:
Make sure that you have the address and directions to the holiday home. These are normally sent to you on payment of the balance. Please advise the owner of your estimated arrival time, especially for late arrivals or in the case of delays.

Cleaning:
You will have to leave the property and it's contents as you find them. All holiday homes are cleaned between lets. Most owners do not charge extra for this service unless extra heavy cleaning is required after you leave.

Any Problems:
Most owners will have instructions at the property for contacting either themselves or their local representative. If you find that you have a problem or an equipment breaks down, please let the owner know straight away. Either they or their representative will have the local knowledge to put things right. It is essential to air any difficulties on the spot, as this gives the owner the chance to ensure your holiday is not spoilt. Please do not save up complaints until after you return home.
